On 15th August, Amara Jyothi English School gathered its students, teachers, and families to celebrate India’s Independence Day. The atmosphere was filled with pride and joy as the school community came together to remember the nation’s journey and to inspire our young learners.

Flag Hoisting Ceremony

The day began with a solemn flag hoisting ceremony. The school flag was raised by a senior student, followed by the national anthem. All students stood respectfully, and the moment set a tone of unity and patriotism for the rest of the event.

Patriotic Performances

Our talented students showcased a series of performances that highlighted the spirit of independence. From traditional dances to heartfelt songs, each act reflected the values of dedication, determination, and discipline that our school upholds.

  • Song recital: A choir of primary students sang classic patriotic songs, filling the assembly hall with melody and pride.
  • Dance presentation: Older students performed a cultural dance that illustrated the diversity and richness of our country.
  • Poetry reading: Selected verses about freedom and responsibility were recited by students from different grades.
